Blossoms care services are currently recruiting OUTREACH SUPPORT WORKERS to provide services on the Isle of Sheppey within our COMPLEX NEEDS SUPPORTED LIVING
Roles will include tasks such as:
•Personal care support
•Medication support
•Accessing the community
•Shopping assistance
•Moving and Handling support
•Supporting with daily living skills
•Domestic tasks
•Sensory based activities
•Meal preparation
Requirements
Drivers are preferred
All training to complete role will be given during induction period
You must be able to work both days alternate weekends.
Full time contracts available 25 - 35 hours a week
Looking for flexible and adaptable individuals as we operate as a company from 07:00am in the morning to 22:00pm at night.
