Who we support
We work with anyone from the age of 18 onwards who may have a learning disability or care need.

Supported Living
We offer supported living for adults with learning disabilities.
Supported living is a way of helping adults with learning disabilities to have the opportunity to live as independently as possible.
Care in your home
Our caring and sensitive team provide in-home care such as personal care and wellbeing. Our staff are on hand to make sure your loved ones are looked after with dignity and compassion. Home care services designed and tailored for you and your loved ones
Day Opportunities
Need some time out of the home?
Our day opportunities is just that, we have a dedicated day service for you to take part in a range of activities or staff available to support you with your needs in the community.
HMP Services
Working within the Sheppey Cluster Prisons, Swaleside, Elmley and Stanford Hill.
The team are referred clients to support whilst serving time. This can be from personal care to cell management.

Domestic Support
Need support keeping on top of those cleaning tasks, we can support you with our dedicated domestic support team.
Companionship
No one should ever feel isolated from their community that is why we offer companionship, this could be a daily visit, weekly visit etc or even someone to accompany you on a holiday.

Training / Apprenticeships
Whilst working for Blossoms Care Services we offer a range of training opportunities including apprenticeships. Working closely with awarding bodies you will be supported 100% of the way.
