Support with Shower every other day

Shower: Support with belongings and escort to block with walker.
Support with guiding JW into chair, and wash back.
Support with drying back , fresh clothing and escort back to cell.
Prompt to brush teeth

Washing: Support to sit on the edge of the bed or chair. Prompt to wash top half with support to wash back.
Once standing support to remove clothing .
JW to wash front and staff to support washing bottom.
Clean clothing and support to either chair or back into bed.
Apply Proshield.
