Support required

Daily 30mins DH to support with prompting and encouraging to shower, change clothes, brush teeth. Please make use of disabled shower as Toby feels more secure to shower when sitting down.

Please also ensure that Toby has toilet tissue in his cell and request more if needed. In time please encourage Toby to take ownership of this task himself.
