(Chris has a fluctuating health condition of Lupus which results in some days him not requiring any support however when he has a flare up he needs support. Due to the prison environment and difficulties in communication, it would be beneficial for carers to attend daily to ascertain whether he requires support or not as there is no pattern as to when Chris has the flare ups)
