We measure the scale of his panic attacks on a scale of 1-10. 1 being low and 10 being a bad attack. Danny will nod his head yes or no. Danny to be advised around his breathing with the box breathing technique. Danny to be told to focus on repetitive movements. Danny likes staff to tap his back in different areas or rub his back. Danny to be spoken to throughout, providing him with reassurance and positive comment such as “you’re doing really well Danny” staff to provide distraction by talking about different topics such as football, what he has been up to throughout the week.

- Seeing his father
- Appointments
- Taking part in an activity he is unsure of
